Description
The cable's construction includes fibers housed in a high-modulus plastic loose tube filled with a
water-resistant compound. It features a central steel wire for added strength, with tubes and fillers
stranded around it to create a compact, circular configuration. Surrounding the core is a PSP
(Polyethylene-Steel-Polyethylene) layer, along with supporting stranded wires, all encased in a
polyethylene (PE) sheath, forming a figure 8 structure. This design is specifically tailored for
self-supporting aerial installations, ensuring dependable performance in such environments.
